By accessing or using the CleanFit website, mobile application, or any of our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of Services
CleanFit provides an online platform for ordering healthy, organic meals and beverages for delivery. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Ensure your account is used only by you
- Do not share your credentials with any third party
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or unavailable items.
Payment: Due at time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery where available. All prices are in Vietnamese Dong (₫) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all orders within 30–45 minutes of confirmation, subject to location and availability. Times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, and other factors.
- Delivery is available within our designated service areas in HCMC
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or absence may incur additional charges
Cancellations & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CleanFit platform — including text, images, logos, recipes, and software — is the property of CleanFit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Allergen Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us before ordering.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
